Large original pop art lithograph, a really striking and superb piece of printmaking from the 1970s.

Printed on heavy wove paper.  Signed in pencil lower right, a proof aside from the edition of 100. Dated 1972.

During the 1970s Peter Phillips painted a series of Compositions and Select-O-Mat paintings, populated with predatory birds, molecular structures from the pages of Scientific American, motor engines and machine parts.

Measurements: Image Size:   576 x 1041 mm Paper Size: 1217 mm X 727 mm

Condition: unexamined out of the frame, I can only see a couple of small wrinkles to the right lower margin as shown in photo otherwise excellent. Shown in its contemporary frame with perspex glazing from which it will be removed and rolled for shipping.  Can be collected framed. Please note if collecting framed There is some slight undulation where the top mount meets the print where the sheet isn't laying flat, so it might need refixing behind the backboard.
