Richard Beer (1928-2017)A limited edition etching with aquatint, untitled, of Palermo, from Richard Beer’s own personal collection of prints.
Signed, and numbered from the edition of just 15 copies, printed with an oval plate, showing two figures in a square with stunning ornate buildings and the cathedral duomo behind. We cannot find this print referenced anywhere else.
Beer spent many holidays travelling through southern Europe where he sketched, drew and painted landscapes, architecture and street scenes as inspiration for his etchings and paintings which he would complete on his return to his Primrose hill home and studio.
