Albert Irvin OBE, RA (1922-2015)

Berthon by Albert Irvin RA, pencil signed, titled, dated 91 and inscribed ‘For David’.

The edition size was 125.  We have deduced that ‘David’ was a printer who worked with Irvin, most likely at Advanced Graphics, as well as with other artists including Paolozzi and Joe Tilson.  Similarly dedicated works by these artists were for sale at the same recent auction.

Measurements: 60 x 70 cm sheet size

Condition: Unframed on paper, image in great condition, sheet is clean and vibrant. There is some rippling / bumpiness to the margins, upper and lower
