Signed and dated in pencil on the back, numbered 80/90.

Printed by Stanley Jones at Curwen Studios on TH Saunders cream paper from Nicholson’s 1935/6 maquettes and designs (hence the 1935 pencilled date on the back)

A rare work of such a size.

The Penwith Portfolio contained prints by some of the most notable artists and sculptors of the era including Barbara Hepworth, Peter Lanyon, Henry Moore, Bernard Leach and Alan Davie and was issued as a fundraiser for the Penwith Art Society.

Measurements: 66.7 x 80 cm image size

Condition: Unframed, in great condition, some light surface mount tape residue verso in a couple of places.
